Global Health Seminar on “Point-Of-Care Ultrasonography”, Lalitpur
GlohMed hosted a global health seminar on “Point-Of-Care Ultrasonography”, on 6th May 2024, with participation of clinicians interested in this topic. Experts from Brown University/ Brown Emergency, Rhode Island, USA, Prof Erika Constantine and Dr Shirley Wu, delivered guest lectures on the evolution of POCUS and its utilization in routine care, and discussed some interesting cases. Dr Suraj Bhattarai, Clinical Investigator at GlohMed, showcased research scope and opportunities in this field, particularly the feasibility of using POCUS in primary care and in children.
