Seminar on “Adverse perinatal outcomes and associated maternal factors”, Kathmandu
On 19th June 2024, GlohMed organized a CME on “Perinatal outcomes and associated Maternal factors among women giving birth at a tertiary maternity hospital”, sharing results of an interim analysis of 1-year ANC and deliveries records at Paropakar Maternity & Women’s Hospital, the oldest and largest maternity hospital of Nepal. Congratulations to Dr Richmonda Pearce for a thorough analysis of huge dataset (23,000 pregnant women) using R studio and excellent interpretation of results. Richmonda is leading a maternal-newborn research project as her thesis for the partial fulfilment of her master’s degree in international health & Tropical Medicine at University of Oxford, UK.
